Increase your “Indigenous cultural competence”
In the post-Truth and Reconciliation Commission era, many organizations are looking to build cultural competence for Indigenous inclusion. This full-day optional pre-conference workshop will provide an overview and history of Indigenous Canada as well as approaches to put cultural competence into practice. The workshop facilitator is Rose LeMay, a leader and advocate for Indigenous well-being.
What Millennials want
A new Mega Session has just been added. Based on a forthcoming study to be released in conjunction with Cannexus, Keith Neuman of the Environics Institute for Survey Research will present “What Millennials Want Out of Life and Career: A Portrait of Six Social Values Tribes.” Mega Sessions take place the Wednesday morning of the conference.
